Penerapan Model ADDIE Pada Pembelajaran Berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka

Differentiated learning is learning adapted to individual students’ needs and abilities. This research aimed to provide enlightenment on the literature regarding the analysis of the implementation of differentiated learning in elementary schools with the literature study method used to collect data from sources such as journals, books, reports, articles, and other documents. Based on the results of the analysis, differentiated learning in the context of implementation in elementary schools, contextually by referring to relevant sources is strongly suspected of providing significant benefits to improving learning outcomes and learning motivation of students not only differentiated learning can help students to achieve achievement higher, because academic differentiation learning is implemented using learning strategies that adjust the abilities, interests, and learning styles of each learner. However, in order to obtain optimal differentiated learning results, the application of differentiated learning requires careful preparation and adjustments from school principals and teachers, including an understanding of the characteristics of students, the use of technology, and learning planning that focuses on the expected results.
